Can the machine be integrated into an existing folding line?

The pharmaceutical T520 configuration can be integrated with a flattening press, parallel cutter, labeling or gluing system and vertical stacker. Integration for the general-print T520 and other models is assessed against the ordered configuration. Send the existing line layout, required operation and finished sample so we can confirm module interfaces and compatibility.

What are the certification, warranty and lead-time terms?

Review the CE documents for the listed folding models and the company ISO 9001 quality management documents; confirm scope for the ordered equipment. Standard production lead time is in the region of 15–20 days plus shipping preparation; the current figure for your configuration is confirmed with the quotation. Commissioning includes operator training, and global on-site installation and after-sales support are available.

Do you build machines for pharmaceutical leaflets and outserts?

Yes. The T490 and the T520 Pharmaceutical Leaflet Folding Machine are available for medicine instruction sheets and package inserts, with additional modules selected for the finished sample and packaging workflow. The pharmaceutical T520 is managed separately from the T520 Automatic Paper Folding Machine for general print. Its optional dampening, scoring and glue dot or label sealing configurations are confirmed in the quotation. Review the applicable CE and company ISO 9001 documents and confirm coverage for the ordered equipment.

Which fold patterns can one machine produce?

The folding pattern depends on the number and arrangement of buckle plates, folding stations and optional knife units. T-series configurations can include 4–20 buckle plates on the first station and 4–10 on the second. Parallel, letter, gate, roll, accordion and cross or combination folds require the appropriate configuration. The fold-pattern library is a reference; confirm the required patterns with a fold test before ordering.

What sheet sizes and paper weights does the range cover?

The buckle platforms (T490, T520, T600) take sheets from 60 × 100 mm up to 600 × 1000 mm in 35–200 gsm with a 180 m/min top speed. The T780 large-format platform takes 150 × 150 mm up to 780 × 1200 mm in 40–210 gsm with 40 mm rollers and 210 m/min.
